Hi there, I’m Megan! I am a licensed social worker. I’ve always known from a young age that I wanted to help others. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I worked in mental health and worked with others who suffered from substance use disorders. After obtaining my graduate degree in 2020, I began working with children and families. Throughout my time working in child protection, I soon realized that there was a need for sex education. I began my research and immediately knew I wanted to be a sex therapist. I am currently seeking my sex therapy certification to better help those who are in need. Our society makes sex talk very taboo and therefore, reaching out to get help with sexual issues can be very intimidating! I assure you that seeking advice from a professional in regard to sex (yes I said it) is very normal and common. I want to help others who are struggling with their sex and sexuality.
